Personal data processing policy

This policy explains which visitor data the ventora.uz website processes, why we use it and how we protect it. Data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”.
1. What data we receive
Only what you enter in the forms on the website yourself: your name, phone number, email address (if you provide one) and your message. The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
2. Why we use it
To respond to your request: call you back, clarify the details, select equipment and prepare a quote or commercial offer. We do not send marketing messages.
3. How we store and protect data
Requests are sent over a secure connection (HTTPS) and delivered via Telegram to the employees who handle enquiries. Only these employees have access to them.
We keep the data for as long as we need it to handle your request, or until you withdraw your consent.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data or share it with other companies, except where required by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The map on the Contacts page is loaded from Yandex Maps, which may use its own cookies.
5. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to its processing. To do so, call us or leave a request on the Contacts page.
